CIRCLEVILLE — The man charged with the murder of a 10-month-old baby has waived his extradition rights and could return to Pickaway County in the next couple of weeks.

The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office has 10 days to bring Wayne Martin Walker, 44, back to the county to face a murder charge in relation to the shaking death of Kyle Calton.
