Friday night accident on U.S. 33 remains under investigation by OSHP

The name of an individual who was taken to Ohio State University Medical Center Friday night following a traffic accident on U.S. 33 near the roadside rest area at Rockbridge remains unknown, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported early Saturday morning.

The accident happened around 10 p.m. Friday, and involved a Ford Explorer driven by an unknown individual and a flatbed wrecker truck driven by Peter M. Ricart, 52, of Pickerington.
