LOGAN — A Logan Police Patrolman has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation.
According to Logan Police Chief Jerry Mellinger, due to the size of the Logan Police Department, an outside agency has been requested to conduct the investigation on Patrolman Josh Mowery. Results of the investigation have not yet been received from the investigating agent.
Mellinger said upon receipt of the results, the City would consider the options and take appropriate action.
In the meantime, Mowery remains on administrative leave until further notice.
