ATHENS — Bradley Bryan, M.D. has joined the staff of OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital as a general surgeon.

Coming from over 20 years in private practice in Central Ohio and a position with the Veterans Hospital Administration, Dr. Bryan is trained as a general surgeon. Dr. Bryan received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and his medical degree from The Ohio State University where he also completed his general surgery internship and residency.

Dr. Bryan provides a wide range of surgical procedures including abdominal, breast, gallbladder, hernia, thyroid, and emergency surgeries in addition to colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) and operations on skin lesions.

Dr. Bryan recently moved to Athens and began seeing patients Feb. 4 at OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital and the Athens Surgery Center.
