GORE — Back-to-Church Sunday is coming up on Sept. 15th. New Hope United Methodist Church is having a special service specifically designed to welcome people back to church.

Eight out of 10 people say they are open to visiting church if invited. That’s powerful! Imagine how the community could be transformed if everyone invited at least one person to come to church.

Pastor Brandon Hughes will have a relevant message on this Sunday that will inspire everyone to take the next step in our faith journey, no matter where each one of us is at in life. You won’t want to miss it!

There will be a meal immediately following the service to help visitors and members get to know each other, and it will be a blast!

This is the 11th year of Back-to-Church Sunday as a movement, and the church is praying for over 13,000 churches to join together to reach more people than ever before.

Nearly six million invitations have gone out in the past decade through Back-to-Church Sunday! This year’s theme is “Together” to send the message that we may all be different, but we are one in Christ and stronger together.

Pastor Brandon Hughes and the New Hope Church family invites everyone to come and join us and celebrate the day! The worship service begins at 10:45 a.m. New Hope United Methodist Church is located at 9825 Gore Church Road, (state Route 93 North in Gore).
