LOGAN — Over 200 Project SAFE parents and their children learned about energy on Wednesday evening, Oct. 30, from COSI On Wheels at Logan Middle School.
Families participated in 10 different interactive stations that illustrated the different types of energy forms. COSI also presented a live performance on energy and had many participants from the audience to help conduct experiments on stage.
Door prizes that were science-themed were drawn and distributed throughout the evening. Families also enjoyed a light snack and photo opportunities.
Project SAFE students will be participating in winter science lessons during the months of November and December and the next family event scheduled will be to attend Frozen 2 at the theater.
