The Athens-Hocking-Vinton 317 Board has announced that anyone from Hocking County who is in recovery from substance use disorder or dual diagnosis (mental health) is invited to attend a recovery community meeting on Monday, Jan. 11 at 3 p.m., at St. John’s Catholic Church in Logan.
Food and gas cards will be provided. This will be a facilitated meeting with the purpose of talking to the individuals in recovery themselves to see what the barriers and needs are for the Recovery Community in Hocking County. Bring paper and pen if you want to take notes.
Any stakeholders in recovery are welcome as well, as long as it wouldn’t hinder hearing from those in recovery themselves.
Contact Emily Canaday with any questions about the meeting: eccanaday@gmail.com.
