Michael Eugene Anderson, age 60, of Logan, Ohio passed away Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020 at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville, Ohio. Michael spent years battling early onset Alzheimer’s but it was ultimately COVID-19 that led to his passing.

Michael was a 1978 graduate of Logan High School. He had worked as a truck driver for Kilbarger Construction, Keynes Mill, and Farmer Trucking, all of Logan. Michael was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, animals, and horseback riding but above all else it was the time spent with his family and grandchildren that meant the most to him.

Besides his mother, Michael was preceded in death by infant brother Jeff Anderson.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no services held at this time. Instead, the family suggests friends and relatives can participate in a “card shower.” Send a favorite memory or story to Karen Anderson at 348 North Street, Logan, Ohio 43138.
