Due to COVID-19 restrictions and concerns related to competitive soccer, the City of Logan Recreation Department will not be holding a fall youth soccer season. If you signed your child up to play in the spring, you are eligible for a full $20 refund of fees paid.
The refund must be claimed by Nov. 30. Unclaimed refunds past Nov. 30 will be considered a donation to the City of Logan Recreation Department. You may also choose to donate the money to the city recreation department. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will help the recreation department during this period without soccer and other sports.
To claim your refund, go to www.cityofloganohio.com/recreation and complete the refund request form. Mail the form or take it to The Logan Auditor’s Office, 10 S. Mulberry St. in Logan. Scanned forms may also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund must be requested by the parent or guardian who signed up the participant.
